If you find any damage, please call us immediatley. We only have 7 days to initiate a claim with the freight carrier. When signing for the merchandise delivery, ask the deliveryman where to notify about "damage" package (All carriers have that option available). Please keep the boxes safe including the shipping labels and we will take care of the rest. Meantime we will ship and new wheel to you at no extra cost.
RETURNS WON'T BE ACCEPTED IF:
TIRES MOUNTED ON WHEELS:
No returns will be accepted if tires were mounted to the wheels. if tires were mounted onto the wheels please don't try to return, it won't be accepted and you will waste your money on shipping back and forth.
If you did not check the merchandise for any reason, and only decided to inspect them afterwards at your tire shop of choice, it's fine but, you are still responsible for the wheels. Make sure the tire shop technician performs a TEST FIT before mounting tires onto the wheels. Test Fit Is a Must Do Procedure don’t forget to request your tire shop to do it.
Merchandise must be completely packed with all the original packing material inside of the original boxes before they are returned to us. DO NOT SEND DIFFERENT BOXES we will not accept your return.
It’s important that you use the original packing and protections in order to prevent damages. Returned wheels which have been damaged due to improper packaging or missing packaging protection will not be acceptable.
MISSING WHEEL PARTS:
If the wheel you have purchased contains special parts such as: rivets, inserts and center caps, all that has to be inside the box when you returning the wheels to our facility. We will not complete your refund or credit until missing parts are sent back to us.
LUG NUTS WERE NOT PROPERLY SECURED AND DAMAGED WHEELS DURING SHIPPING:
When returning wheels to us do not place the install kit/Lug nut box inside the wheel box. Send them separately or they will open during shipping transit puncturing and scratching the wheels. If you did place the installation kit or lug nut box inside the wheel box and it damaged the wheel, we will not credit you for the wheel.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT OR NEW WHEELS?
Refund or Exchange will be completed when returned merchandise reaches our facility and passes through the inspection. The inspection is done in order to determine if wheels were used, if tires were installed on them, or if any other damage was caused to it during the shipping process. If wheels do not pass the inspection neither refund nor exchange will be allowed. We are sorry but we cannot exchange a damaged or used wheel to a new one.
